Return & Refund Policy

At JuniorShopper, we strive to deliver quality STEM toys and educational products that inspire learning and fun. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns must include all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a promotional bundle
  • Digital downloads or e-learning kits
  • Opened science kits, DIY sets, or partially used items
  • Customized or personalized products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email our support team at support@juniorshopper.com with your:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item (in case of damage or defect)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a pickup or drop-off option based on your location.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@juniorshopper.com.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and a return will be required.
